NEWDYTV Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website (newdytvs.com), of NEWDYTV IPTV subscriptions and of the help our team provides. Please read them carefully before you order. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, ordering a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not order or use the service.

2. Your account and login details

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and you agree to give accurate information when you order, in particular a working e-mail address, since your login details are sent to it.

You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must not share or misuse your access credentials. If you think someone is using your account without your permission, tell us on WhatsApp right away.

3. The service

NEWDYTV is an internet television (IPTV) service: live channels from the USA, the UK, Canada and worldwide, plus movies and series on demand, streamed over your own internet connection. You watch in an IPTV player app on your own device, logging in with the Xtream Codes details we send you (server URL, username and password); Smart TV apps and MAG boxes are activated by our team from the device's MAC address.

Picture quality ranges from SD to 4K and depends on the stream, your device, your player app and your internet connection. Channels, categories, movies and series can change over time.

4. Plans and connections

Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months with 1 to 4 connections, are priced in US dollars and are paid once for their whole length. Each connection streams on one device at a time: a plan with two connections lets two devices watch at the same time, and so on. If you need more than four connections, ask our team on WhatsApp.

5. Ordering, payment and delivery

You order on WhatsApp, using the order buttons on this site; the steps are on the how to order page. Our team confirms your plan and sends you a secure payment link: you can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal. Never send your card number in a WhatsApp message.

After your payment, your login details are sent to you by e-mail in less than 30 minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see them. The service is delivered digitally only: nothing is shipped to you.

6. Test lines

NEWDYTV does not publish a free trial. You can ask our team on WhatsApp whether a test line is available for your device before you order; whether one is offered is up to the team. More information is on the IPTV free trial page.

7. Renewal

Each plan is paid once for its whole length, and renewing is your choice. To keep watching after your plan ends, message us on WhatsApp with the e-mail address you used for your order.

8. Acceptable use

Your subscription is for your personal use, within the number of connections you paid for. You agree not to:

  • share, resell or redistribute your access, except through our reseller program;
  • publish your login details, portal links or other private access information;
  • rebroadcast the service or show it in public, or use it for commercial purposes;
  • watch on more devices at the same time than your plan's number of connections;
  • try to bypass connection limits, security controls or access restrictions;
  • use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, or interfere with our servers, networks or other users.

If your device and app support recording, you can record programs for your own later viewing at no extra cost.

9. Third-party services

Player apps, devices, app stores and payment providers are run by third parties. NEWDYTV does not make or control them, and any charge they set (for example a paid player app) is separate from your NEWDYTV plan. You use third-party services at your own risk and under their own terms. The IPTV setup guide lists the apps we recommend for each device.

10. Links to other websites

This website may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

11. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date if the service isn't the right fit for you, after you have tried to solve the problem with our support team. How to ask is explained in our Refund Policy.

12. Availability and disclaimer

The website and the service are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free: maintenance, source problems, your internet provider, your device or circumstances outside our control can affect it. 13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEWDYTV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for problems caused by your device, your internet connection, a third-party app or other circumstances outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Intellectual property

Using the service does not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you. The NEWDYTV name, logo, this website's design and its original text may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Other product names mentioned on this site (devices and apps) belong to their owners and are named only to describe compatibility, without any partnership or endorsement.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, for example by sharing your login details, reselling or redistributing access, or in case of fraud. You may stop using the service at any time.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice by posting the updated terms on this page before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts located in New York. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
